Boldface Group, the licensing company that has launched Kardashian Beauty (which is also in the midst of a rebranding and relaunch), has entered into a licensing agreement with Pretty Ugly, LLC, the creators of the popular UglyDoll brand.

Boldface has acquired the rights to use certain UglyDoll characters to launch new beauty and personal care products, including bath, soap, shower and body care products, as well as lip balms, fragrance, bath accessories and more.
